Travel appointments are available for post-op clients during the first 3–5 sessions when mobility may be limited. Availability is limited and must be booked in advance.

Clients must have a clean, private space ready upon arrival. Parking fees if applicable, are the client’s responsibility.

Appointments & Punctuality
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session canceled, resulting in either forfeiture of the session or a $50 rescheduling fee.
- New clients must arrive 15 minutes early to complete required paperwork.
Package Use & Expiration
To achieve optimal results, lymphatic drainage packages must be used within 6 months of the first session.
Unused sessions will expire after the package validity period, regardless of remaining sessions.
Missed Appointments & Rescheduling
- Missed appointments or no-shows are considered used sessions.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
- Package sessions must be scheduled consecutively, based on provider availability.
- Appointments are only reserved once full payment has been received.
Refund Policy
- All services and packages are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made.
- If you are unable to use your package due to a medical reason or surgery date change, please contact us directly to discuss possible alternatives. Refunds are not guaranteed.
